各位08 BB既媽咪, 出年BB 2 歲我想比佢讀Nursery 啊, 唔想佢係屋企對住個工人咁悶, 但我現在好煩悶呢, 我家住荃灣, 但le區無咩幼兒園好選擇, 現在幫仔仔報左兩間九龍區, 再會報多幾間, 大家會點選擇啊?? 麻煩各位比d意見啊?

報了: 九龍靈糧堂幼兒園 & 啟思幼稚園(九龍塘律倫街)

會報: 樂基幼兒學校（九龍塘） ,
維多利亞（何文田）國際幼兒園,
方方樂趣幼兒園(荃灣愉景)

I am also pondering since I am also living in Tsuen Wan! I have registered YMCA TST and Yew Chung so far, and planning to enroll Victoria, Keen Mind, HKPS, Learning Habitat or even studying the weekly playgroup at Anfield. My son is 0801. How about yours? I am living in Belverdere Garden, very far from all the schools but still want to choose them.

For Keen Mind, the form for N1 2010-2011 should only be available at 4 Jan 2010, is it? You mentioned applied already??? How can we do this???

Hi Cherry & Chrisman and other Tsuen wan mommy,

I am living at Phase 3 too! I also have headache to send my baby to school later. So, I think LH TY is quite a good choice. But if Victoria etc accepts him, I am thinking to rely on school bus...my niece has been at Funful discovery park but I see him getting naughty after that. So I have lesser confidence on this. Do you send your baby to playgroup now?

Mine is a boy 0801. Nice to meet you all!

但兩歲坐校車, 我會好擔心呢, 你知啦, 兩歲都未定呢, 一轉個彎就好危險呢, 如果真係讀到Victoria, 我會叫嫲嫲or個工人帶, 辛苦d都要了, 因為我有個朋友, 兩個小朋友都係讀Victoria, 佢地好開心呢...反而LH TY 我又未諗過喎, 我見愉景方方校舍好吸引, 同埋都ok 又近, 但聽你咁講, 都諗一諗了...你地會唔會報"樂基"啊...都唔錯啊...你地會唔會報深井柏基啊...同PIPS係咪一樣既呢??

我幫BB報左愛護兒童會, 聖文嘉同PIPS.. 因為我係家係深井.. 有朋友係幼稚園教師, 佢認為最緊要係近屋企, 咁個BB就唔會咁辛苦, 萬一遇上打風落雨, 佢唔使咁狼狽.. 當然如果荃灣區仲有其它好既學校我都想報.. 但而家都無乜IDEA..

Is it true?? They charge more for bb photos?

I just go to a nearby photo shop in the neighborhood. It charges $55 for a dozen photo and a CD for the photo image. I think the price is fair. As my bb is now 17 months, he couldn't sit well or smile as requested. So the "uncle" photographer needed to make funny things to cheer him up for a photo with pleasant smile.

I guess we might live close by because I"m also considering the pre-nurseries similar to yours. However, 靈糧堂& 迦南 are using cantonese while LH and Victoria are using English. How would you rank them?

So you won't apply those PN in Kowloon Tong?

i also applied for yew chung but could not go to their briefing meeting in Sept, then they send an email to me for another briefing meeting on Oct 15.

Actually in the email, they said if you could not attend the meeting, you could still call them to arrange an interview first. But I'm not sure it's a must to attend one of the briefing sessions they organized before they give you the offer.

Anyhow, I'll go to the briefing on Oct 15. I haven't decided which PN is better among those I applied or would apply, but I think it's important to gather information in person. So school visit is one of the channels.

I heard from other moms comment that the HKPS school teachers' english are good. I am also a biligual (eng/chi) language mom but want to have my kids to keen more on English and Mandarin. What are my options in Kln Tong, Homantin, TST district. Heard for Pips? the english teacher should be excellent but not sure if the cirrculum would be able to transit w/ the local/private primary school.

You can download the form and mail it back to the Funful campus you'd like to apply. I posted my app to the Durham campus in late Sep and they have called me and confirmed receipt already. Interview time will be scheduled later.

講真, 其實自己英文speaking唔係咁去, 所以都想自己既仔仔叻過自己, 去幫小朋友報國際學校, 又或者出名既學校, 會唔會有壓力, 同埋, interview時會否有問題呢?? 大家有無好似我咁既煩惱啊?

我反而覺得讀IS無得番轉頭, 讀local school 反而彈性大D.

我身邊大把例子係F.5先去美國, 中文程度一定唔錯, 因為讀到會考程度, 而英文亦講得好好, 無乜口音. 其實你去外國肯聽肯講, 群多D外國人, 就算F.5咁大個先去, 一樣講得很流利.
