我都幫女女報左3間直資..又有交首輪..
其實個心好矛盾..
最好梗係首輪收左一天光晒..
不過直資學校又好好..好多support..
但交左直資留位又唔可以抽獎..
而且多數先知直資結果..

有無家長好似我咁矛盾呀..

for me, no need to think about it. 15 pts must be rejected in the 1st round.

我會選直資多D, 雖然我都有20分, 但官津校好多匡匡,學校自由度小D. 如果直資收我既小朋友我會選它.

我哋雖然有20分，但就冇呢個煩惱，因為我哋first choice係直資，依家收咗，終於唔使參加大抽獎，鬆一口氣。

My situation is same to you. I have applied 3 DSS schools for my son (two are boy schools) and also 交首輪 .

My son, he likes one DSS boy school very much & really wants to study there (hope he can success).

However, I still have a daughter, who born in 2007. So, if 首輪收左 that is very good for me since the competition for 2007 should be very very high.

i have the exactly same concern as yours! my second boy was born in 2007 also and a young one (oct)... quite worrying.... but still, wait till we really got an offer from DSS first, then I'll start to seriously consider.

係呀06年開始出生率多左好多, 到時你細囡真係好大競爭架, 如果你呀仔入到首輪嘅官津校, 到時細妹直入呀哥個間就唔駛煩喇

我都係一仔一囡, 所以希望首輪我大囡入到我簡果間男女校, 到時細仔就唔駛煩

I have two boys. I have submit some DSS. My best choice is gov't one. I think I will wait the first time. I wish I can enter at the 1st round (20pts).

My daughter's kinder is linked to a DSS and there is a high chance of being admitted, but my first choice is a subsidized school.

My dilemma was:
1. I'll be disqualified from the 1st round upon acceptance of an offer;
2. I can continue with 1st and 2nd round (lucky draw) if no offer is given, then why shall I apply;

So if I apply for this DSS, my bat is she will be put in waiting list and get an offer only after the 2nd round. The chance of this is minimal. At the end I didn't even apply for this DSS! The kinder school clerk even called me up and said they didn't receive my application.

Notwithstanding the above, I have applied for 1 DSS the result of which will be released in Dec.

我同你一樣..不過我大女細仔..
最嚴重係..我仔係08 b..出生率超高

所以如你所講.大0既入左..細0既無咁煩..
同埋直資對細果個係無優勢架

我暫時都未諗呢個問題, 心態都係諗住收左先算, 不過如果到時好彩直資又收, 首輪又收的話, 我一定係會揀直資的....

如果家姐入到首輪津小,可以益埋細佬,
三年後唔駛再煩,因為細佬係金豬b,嗰年實超大競爭,
但係直資嗰間啱家姐性格多啲,又係全英普教學....

總之依家,直資考到又煩,考唔到又煩.
首輪派到又煩,派唔到又煩...

慘過自己讀!!

yes, she is also studying at pm class of LLC in Diamond hill and we will only apply 2 private school. hope she will get the offer from either 1 of them

好多間直資都好好架就算出左結果,佢地都會首輪出左派位至要家長去交留位費. 好有名果幾間都係咁.

同我個 case 一模一樣... 不過是但有邊收都好感恩啦，最怕直資考唔到，首輪入唔到，派位又派得唔好...

浸小就唔係 lu ，十月十二日 (昨天) 就要決定交唔交留位費 ...........

最怕的，就是放棄0左直資0的 offer 後，但係首輪又派唔到。
