they should have other way to check if you have really attended the talk, even though you have the questioinaire on hand. be realistic

Have called and asked. They will have another introductory section on aug. So perhaps it's just use to distinguish who has attended. Relax!

I think no need to check cos they ask me to post the application to them first. They will inform us the schedule later on. :)
