Dear all,

I would suggest to change the subject title and disclose the incident here at BK and so other SH parents taking their buses in other routes also be aware of what happened and better prepared.

我女每天放學時間, 都是在12:35PM 便可到達屋企樓下.

昨日(星期三), 1點仍未看見女兒回來, 老公十分著急打電話給我, 我也嚇了一跳, 心裡希望不要發生任何意外。

我立即打電話給保姆EE, 連打4次, 都沒有人接, 同樣地, 司機也沒接電話..我著急起來, 打電話給送返學的保姆EE (番學/放學的保姆EE, 司機及保姆車是不一樣的), 誰知, 保姆EE 說原來她已辭職多時, 還悔氣的叫我自已找張太, 我當然知道要打張太啦, 但是張太電話長期不通...

好了, 我再找譚叔叔 (他應該是負責下午班的), 他才說司機及保姆EE 突然不幹而沒有通知他們...所以小朋友沒有人接...我當時, 雖然是鬆了一口氣, 但接下來便十分忿怒...我質問譚叔, 為何你知道這件事不通知我們家長...他說他也是剛才知, 叫我找張太...鬼唔知呀媽係女人, 搵到張太知得架....

當時已經是1:20PM, 張太當然是打不通, 我立即打電話回學校詢問小朋友身在何處, 校務處說剛剛張先生來接他們走了...我叫校務處比張生先電話我, 校務處拒絕, 叫我自行找張太..

同樣地, 張太電話何其難打??

15分鐘後, 張太才打來說事件因由, 她說沒有家長的聯絡, 所以通知不到我們...真的可笑...

wow.. so serious wor.. my daughter is also taking the nanny bus from Mrs. Cheung thru Hom Hung Tunnel... There was a 15 mins delay at 12.45pm yesterday for pick up. Seems to be very unresponsible for Mrs. Cheung lor... She should be contacted all parents if there's no nanny bus service or delay for pick up.

I was the first parent who finally got through Mrs Cheung's line after making endless attempts. After I scolded her for several minutes and found out what happened, she asked me who I was/which kid's parent. It's obvious that they didn't even have we parents contact list on hand.... it was 1:30p.m. then.
