於2008年9月1日至2009年12月31日出生之小朋友，如欲申請【2012-2013年度】幼兒班學位，請於2011年9月27日至10月27日期間於本校網頁www.krs.edu.hk幼稚園部入學申請報名表欄內，以A4 size白紙下載入學申請表及家長問卷。如家長未能下載報名表，可於上述期間9:00am-4:00pm親臨本校取表，過了時限，本校不再派發報名表。請將填寫好的申請表、問卷及有關資料，依時交回本校，交表時需繳交報名費$30(請注意，本校不接受大額找贖)。請勿郵寄報名表，因交表時本校需要替申請人檢查所交資料是否齊全。收表日期時間：

For those interested in applying for K1 for 2012/2013 School Year, please send the following documents to 5-7 Dorset Crescent, Kowloon Tong before October 22, 2011 :

a photocopy of your child's birth certificate;
one stamped self-addressed long envelope; and,
one crossed cheque of $30 made payable to "Kentville Kindergarten" for application fee (child's name and contact telephone number written on the back) - application fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please be patient and allow for approximately two weeks for your application forms to be mailed to you.
