The truth is :
The cheque to pay such fee is "post-dated" as June 2011. It means some may not have submitted the cheque before April and some will choose to quit before June even if they have submitted the cheque. Therefore, there are 2 critical chances : 1st is April; 2nd is June, and of course some have paid the fee in June may finally withdraw upon term start in Aug Lar.
The major students choosing to decline are the ones got KM, LH, Victoria's offers since they informed lately.
Many students therefore still have chances.
