在現行方法中另外加入：

父親為港人 = 5分
母親為港人 = 5分
（有三粒星？交ID copy？）

即父母都是港人有10分

取消宗教分是不恰當，所謂公平競爭只是榥子，因為教會學校有不少是好的名校，如果不是好學校，根本無乜人計較。

Similar case happened before. I can recall that previous the tax allowance for the 1st child is more than the 2nd/3rd child but now it is the same.

唔知大家身邊有無咁ge例子，父母是港人，在香港工作納稅

問題根源就是＂不患寡而患不均＂

其實小朋友既教育機會，係咪應該睇小朋友的身分，而唔係睇父母呢？

關於你擧的例子，如果父母都沒有交加拿大稅，他們的子女就算有加藉也不能享受本地學生的待遇。
