請問大家對科大 global business 有什麼評價？聽講課程比以前差，真的嗎？如果跟中文 global business 比較，又那個比較好呢？

我地之前有D intern 係gbus, 畢業後多數會去BANK 做MT, 有D去顧問公司, 佢地會係比較醒目既一批, 但始終考番個專業資格就比較好.

Global Business very similar to BBA, but the admission scores for students are much higher, more exchange and internship opportunities and experience. As the normalisation of score of GPA with BBA, grade A and first class are guaranteed.

Business degree is more general and can fit in different industries, public administration, consultancy, MNC, ibank, finance sectors and even start up. Not like certain professional programs, stereotyped to limited sectors.

As above, different industries have different entry points, difficult to say. If you asked the university, they will tell you the highest, no one can guarantee your kid can have that after graduation.

我上靣手文之誤，小兒當時是只申請3大，港大中大首選醫學院，中大其他選擇已經是QFRM，QFin。科大只選商學院，GBus及BBA，后者因為當時是學院制收生，到第二年才選主修，例如GBus and QFin。中大一收已經是 QFin，所以無謂在科大讀多一年都未必入到心目中的主修！

而交了留位費是 UST QFin? 一
UST的BBA，原因上靣解釋了！

若上面是的話，你覺得 CU GBus 不收的原因是甚麼？
沒有申請！

其實你在Ek問GBus，大部分家長，或你的朋友都會建議你去UST而非CU，因為大部分不太明白箇中分別及優缺！你可能選錯，亦無可厚非。我一直建議要去心儀科目的Info Day，會知道更多細節及分別，靠EK收料，會有好大機會出事，他們不是想點你，只是自己子女還在中小學，未到深入的時候，較少全面掌握不同資料及事實！

每次看到排名的重要，我就會笑出嚟，成日以為GBus就是 EMBA！大家問吓D排名，有多少％是學士及教學相關呢！

利申：小兒當年申請GBus是選UST，而非CU。原因很簡單，因為UST學位多三倍，收生成績較低，當時不知道，PG太高唔收！面試時成日問報了邊間GBus，有冇報LLB，Medic，而非評估學生能力及意向！

For high achievers (PG 42+). I think UST BBA is not exactly attractive. I would rather choose UK. Exposure and experience will be very different.(GBus is another story of course.)

Put it this way, I use UST as safety net, instead of spending even more money to UK in the last minute, I see so many cases.

我孩子不是申請 GBUS ，但一般香港的大學，看重分數，interview 是型式，不要太在意。
多年來我看到的，CUHK GBus 一定收晒 "top 一浸" 學生先，如果入唔到 CUHK GBus 就入 UST GBus。
如果兩間都有 offer ，多數會選擇入 CUHK。
當然也有人 "唔跟隊形"，始終 non-jupas 學生多來自國際學校，佢地選擇唔一定 "正路"。
其實其他前輩已分析情況，但始終是你孩子自己讀，咁大個又 IB ，又 40+ PG，唔會蒙查查，相佢自己有自己的想法。
表面上看，CUHK 的確較優，但 UST 又唔係差，由佢自己選擇啦。

Because of number of applicants for CUHK far less than UST.
In average the admission scores of CUHK is higher than UST.
