My son will start the playgroup in June for 1 day per week. Hope this can help for admission.

Honestly, it helps, but also depending on which campus and your performance in playgroup.

If your kid's performance in play group is extremely bad, u know some kids are uncontrollable and extremely naughty, then it will also help, but help teacher to label your child to a "Black list" category...

For HH campus, not all "Big Baby" in playgroup were admitted to N1, even for some good performing kids i saw, were being allocated to other campus..... But other campus have a higher chance if u are in playgroup and given your kid is performing normal....

yea...transportation is really a big problem for me too...I will try school bus...but may my maid company her as she is too young....

I asked school already and they said they allow one adult to accompany the kid in the first month of taking school bus.  I may try for at least 1 month first......

My girl also joined TT for the playgroup, I think it is good. In fact my girl is now attending the playgroup on Sat morning. Since Victoria only accepted her for PN for 2 days per week, I may still keep the TT Sat playgroup.

BTW, for the first month of school bus...can accompany the kid to school? Will they double charge the fees?

At first, my boy is admitted by TT (red hill campus) last Dec when he's 8mths old only. However, the location is too far away from my home...so we rejected.

my boy is 0903....should i apply pre-nursey or nursey for him for 2010?

really? that's great! but how about the following months? my girl is so small...have no confidence that she can take good care of herself on the way to school...any 保姆车 recommend?

I am also worry that she cannot sit properly on the Schoolbus, there should be a bus mother on each Schoolbus, but still quite worry......

personally i really like victoria's PG... my son has become alot more mature after attending their class since this march.  I do highly recommend parents to submit the forms as early as possible ( i recall i was on the waitlist 700+ something)  but eventually, he has granted a place.  i'd much rather put him in one playgroup that makes him focus than 1 million useless ones... for babies like 1.5 yrs, i just found it a waste of $$$ to learn phonics and all that.  (this is my personal opinion)

買校服應該再註冊時會通知的, 返三日買一套運動衫加一套校服應該夠了...

學費我都唔太清楚, 不過我見之前有本學校簡介何文田 campus 返三日好似$32xx左右, HG應該都差唔多...

Hi Helenha,

Did you receive the offer letter yesterday? If so, do you know why they sent it out so late.

They (HH) still don't send any letter to me. They just said in the process. No answer from them!!

I called them on Monday since I havent heard/received any letter from them.   They told me that they have not finished the selection process and promised to let me know of the result on Thursday.

May be you should give them a call again to confirm?

Helenha, my boy is also HH pm 5 days. Are you trilingual or bilingual?

She's assigned to be in bilingual class, school said cos she's a 0812 girl.  As far as I know, they tried to group the kids together with similar age/months.

I was surprised to know some of you have got offer of trilingual class.  My first preference was trilingual am.  When I handed in the application form, the staff told me they would not offer trilingual classes to "small b" and requested me to amend my preference to bilingual!!!!!

If I remember correctly, I put 1st choice bilingual am, 2nd choice trilingual am, 3rd choice bilingual pm.  I didn't choose trilingual pm at all......May be my boy is 0808.

I'm trying hard to adjust my boy's nap time since he wakes up at 6 something everyday so pm class is definitely his nap time.

Same here. My boy's nap time is from noon to 3pm but now he has the pm offer. I'm not sure if he's willing to play at school...
