How is Ian?  Hope he is only suffering from common colds.  I have also heard some SC kids started to have runny noses last week.  Looks like it's about time to get sick again.  Daniel is still OK but I have a feeling it won't be long until his turn.  Worry Worry Worry

I want to see whether Janice will still be shy or not after attending the LCM English course.  The interview is just for her experience, I don't think CCKG will accept her, just want her to have a try. No expectation and no pressure.

<No expectation and no pressure>  So glad I have someone here to share my thoughts while my husband said I shouldn't 搞咁多野.  Last year when it was just one day before the Pui Ching interview, I received the acceptance letter of SC.  My husband stopped me from taking Daniel to any other interviews, including Pui Ching.  I admit I had never intended to let Daniel study in a Chinese primary school but I really would like to see whether he was independent enough to follow a stranger to the interview room.  As per my friend's advice, it was not necessary to send your child to any CCKG interview training.  The principal is an Australian woman, who would love to explore the real qualities of a child and hate to see "artificially moulded" children.  It's better to let Janice just be herself and relax.

I have also enrolled Daniel for LCM starting 8 October.  Daniel and Janice will be in the same class.  Is Ian also available for that time slot (Sat 2:00)?

danielboy, because Ian needs to attend two classes in KM during morning.  Besides, 2:00 is his napping time so meanwhile, he will not attend under Dec.

Why you want to apply CCKG for janice? I heard that many children from SC are planning to change to CCKG in second year. Why CCKG is so famous?

My husband is not a workaholic anymore (but sometimes out of his control), he became my good slave hee...hee....  Don't worry, His mind is so clear that family place in his first priority.   Missed you and Ian very much.

Kit Kit also got runny nose and cough.   After 3 days holidays is hard to resume normal, this morning he is unreasonably to ask for somethings and shouting so trouble (he wanted to go Keen Mind I/O SC).  With regard of the CCKG interview, I will let Kit Kit try although the acceptance possibility is very slim but no harm to do so, just want to have a look.

A lot of people believe CCKG paves the way to DGS and DBSPD, and that's what makes CCKG so popular.  If I remember correctly, both you and I actually target for IS, CCKG is therefore not really our cup of tea.

DGS=Diocesan Girls' Junior School
DBSPD=Diocesan Boys' School Primary Division
IS=International School
CCKG only accepts 40 boys and 40 girls each year and so the chance of being accepted is very slim.  人人抱住一試無防心態,我就嫌CCKG traditional 左d,無mandarin,無computer classes, 無phonics,同透明度不高,但英文就好強, 3Nov派表.  CLICK HERE
