any reasons given in the letter for not accepting the kid to primary ?

That's really shocking if there has not been any prior notice about the performance in K1 and K2 and just get informed at the beginning of K3 that the child cannot be promoted to primary...........that's very scary!  The parents would not have known to apply other private and DSS at that stage if notify at that point in time, right?  As heard that interviews for primary with DSS and private schools take place in Sept - Nov therefore if get notified at that point its like you must go for lucky draw, right?  Please correct me if I am wrong...

therefore before you are confirmed to enter p1, you need to apply for the dss and private schools. then you have the choice.

SPK  K3  學生要在九月經過interivew 小學校長, 學校先出信決定上唔上到小學.  所以幼稚園點可以早話俾家長知得唔得呢?

真係唔包一定收, 所以未知結果都一樣要先報考私小直資

My daughter now study st Paul kinder in k3, this school is very good, not only the famous and have primary school backup... 老師有愛心，但又有威嚴，教得我女獨立又懂規舉，is a good school

我吳知個magic係邊，識一個吳熟的SPK媽媽，佢係好proud of學校，好虔誠教徒，讚學校讚到吳停口果種。佢都承認課程吳深，但佢話學校有辦法講小朋友教到好乖，同埋聽佢講好多ftm，好devoted去教養小朋友。
