As some BK parents said, if you don't try, you may regret about it. So, why not if you are keen on Maryknoll and have 20 marks on hand?
Of course, the chance will only be 50/50 or less for Maryknoll even if you have 20 marks. So, you need to think what you can do if you fail in the 1st round.
Since you are in the same net, so you will have 2 chances in 2nd round (Part A and Part B). Not bad. If first choice in Maryknoll failed, the choices in your net still give you goods options. Right?
Lastly, what is the possibilities of 3rd round in HACS? Tomorrow is the announce of this year, check if there is any 3rd round in HACS. Say, how many seats for 3rd round? And, how many girls apply?
Weight your own needs and situation then make the decision accordingly. Take the choice which you think you will not regret. Then set your mind to it as that's will be the best choice you make. Just remember that no matter what is the result, you will take it easy as you already figured what could be the worst and brave enough to face it.
