Hello Wanchai mamis,

I have 2 questions -

(a) Read newspaper last week and noticed that Wah Yan Primary is liaising with another primary school at Wanchai district for combining 2 schools so that WY can change to a 'whole-day' school.  Do you know which primary they're liaising with?

(b) Do you know whether St. Joseph Primary is a 'half-day school' or ' whole-day school'?

已問過校長，他說無咁快成事。
一直有流傳是天后廟道建做商會小學，呢間學校舊年開始已無開小一班，但而家仲有高年班學生讀緊。校方一直無提過會係邊間小學，呢間都係其他家長度八番來的。

基本上華仁唔應該用上午同下午咁分，應該分A晝同B晝。
A、B晝返上下午機會均等，小學6年是三上三下的。
黎緊9 月小一返上午係A晝，返下午係B晝。
而家讀緊小一既剛掉轉，上午係B晝，下午係A晝。
人人都想讀上晝所以每年都是申請上午校的人總比較多，咁變相多D人爭學位，選下午校機會高DD咁多多囉。
我記得我仔嗰年報上午校有二百一十幾個申請，而下午校有一百八十幾個申請，每邊得37個學額咋！首輛20分都要抽籤，15分都唔使入紙。

Another question, if only got 15 marks, is that means no need to try Wah Yan and St. Joseph in the 1st round?

Then which school should be applied for the 1st round?  another school or still one of these two schools?

Do you know how many classes in P1 of St Joseph?
And how many places will be retained for 'knocking door' stage?
