Any parents who know the availability of application forms for nursury schools Year 2010 at Keen Mind & Creative?

We share the same idea........My baby girl was born in 0809. I would like to apply for N1 when she is 2yr old.
It's really better than stay with maid at home.

I heard some parents said that application forms should be obtained this year if applied for famous nursury schools Year 2010.  Is it ture?  But Keen Mind will distribute application form in January 2010, so which famous nursury schools' application forms will be distributed this year?  Please advise.

a few nurseries accept year round application, such as kingston and yew chung, they will arrange interview when seat is available, so after submitting the form, u just have to wait for their call. imho, yc entry requirement is relatively low so i will treat it as a backup.

for other local preschools, their application forms will be available from sept to nov this year, its better to visit their websites or make a call to check regularly. usually one can ask for the application form mailed or directly download from the website, eg hkps allowed form to download between 9~11am on 1st Nov last year, after that period, it closed, therefore keep tracking of the important dates is needed. in general, the interview for the 2010/11 n1 admission will be organised from nov 09 to jan 10.

Not so many kindergarten schools have provided pre-nursury schools for 2 years old kid, please advise any famous local pre-nursury schools at Kowloon Tong or Hong Kong side.  I have no experience at all.

I live in the Ma On Shan.  Would like to apply for N1 at Ma On Shan and think about K1 at Kln Tong from K1 onwards.

i can go to most of the nurseries in kln tong on foot so they will be my preferences, there are hkps, keen mind, cannan, yew chung, kingston, tutor time, think, 基督教中心幼稚園暨幼兒園, etc.

hi MAMAMEEE, i agree to select the nursery in the local area bcos travelling over 45 mins to school is a bit harsh for a 2 year-old kid; thats just my opinion.

My daughter is now studying at Tutor Time Wow) playgroup, but I prepare to send her to study at other pre-nursury school (for 2 years old).  It seems not so many pre-nursury schools at Kowloon Tong, I only know Creative and Keen Mind, any othre famous pre-nursury schools at Kowloon Tong, please advise.

Dear qqbabe, fully agree with you ar...i prepare to let my daugther join a native international KG and let her learn from the games in order to build a good English environment and be open mind to learn from it.  After well prepared, we can consider Kln Tong KG further.

i also find a nursery for my baby. I am living in Wong Tai Sin. I preferred finding it near the home, however, not too many choice for me. are u have any suggestion?

My daughter is a Big B too. She was born in Jan 08 also. I am looking for either Kowloon Tong/ Tsing Yi PN for her.

We are staying at Sham Tseng. There are school bus service from Sham Tseng to Kowloon Tong. But, I am thinking of Learning Habitat. There are a few diffrent LH. I heard TY one is not good. That's why I am thinking of let her stay N1 at Kowloon Tong as she is attending playgroup at Kowloon Tong now.

My daughter is attending playgroup at Anfield now. If LH is not good after we have school visit, we probably will let her stay back at Anfield till she is ready for K1.

actually do we need to buy those "天書"?? will that provide a good summary of schools? I am target for Kowloon Tong nursary schools but i have no idea apart from Kingston and YC.

i heard about YC before.  The curriculum may be a bit easy and the student may take some extra tutoiral outside school time.

i don't think Victoria is a good school although many ppl like it.....the school only want to earn $$$......my niece is their K1 student.....and he seems not really learn much from school....
