BTW, I just came across MK campus at lunch time today, and there is civil work outside the school.  Don't know there is any noise-reduction facility equipped in classroom?!

Link, totally agree.  Of course it also depends on the spare time of dad and mum.  My husband is very busy so the collection of information is normally done by me.

I had asked GT before and they told me that there was no need to bring the child for the registration.

There are many DSS schools in TKO.  Why choose GT College and not other DSS e.g. Logos etc?

My understanding is - result of applicant failed in 1st round will be evaluated together with 2nd round applicants.  You are not required to resubmit the application form.

Of course, it is better to give school a phone call on this.

So unfortunate, I am not available on Sat and only my wife will go to the registration, otherwise we can have a chat.

Some parents also asked this question in the briefing session and the Principal said that there was no need to reapply.  But I didn't remember whether the Principal had told the reason.

To me, if GT is your desired school, I would not loose any chance and try my best to keep in touch with the school.  Hope you will be successful shortly.

Hi kkchow,

I asked this question in the briefing session.  The Principal told me that the child's performance would not have much differences in the 1st and 2nd rounds, therefore he suggested us not to apply for both rounds.

By the way, only those on the waiting list of the 1st round will be considered in the 2nd round.

My daughter is on the waiting list.  I do hope that she will be accepted finally.

Don't be too nervous during the interview.  The interview for the child was only in a form of a playgroup.  The child can receive a candy and a small gift after the interview.
