Pr. one Math will be taught in Chinese as the school needs to make sure students coming from different
kindergartens (and therefore with different English
standard) be able to adapt to the Pr. one curriculum
easier.   

I think Math will be taught in English at higher grade but
not sure when since my child is still at Pr. one.  You can
ask during the coming parents' day.

我想應該是，一年只有家長日才安排家長與老師會面，年終的散學禮只是派成績表給學生，以往自己讀書時都是這樣。

是日各級活動取消，改天拍班照。
六年級拍班照日期：27-6-2008(星期五)
一至五年級拍班照日期：7-7-2008(星期一)
*明天活動 如常，並無改變，按原訂「考試後上課安排(sch95a-f / 07-08」舉行。

Thank you timaliceching.  Maybe I mix-up with the kindergarten.  I just made the arrangement of the summer couses.  It's so difficult because I need to arrange for both my girl & my boy - keep them busy for the whole week!

想請教你, 我見囡囡下學期的成績表只有下學期的成績,無計全年總成績, 那麼我想問二年級升三年級時,是否只計下學期的成績呢?事關三年班便會按成績分班,唔該.

School result report is for 1/2 year (one term) only.

For Pr 2 to Pr 3 the allocation of class is evenly for all 4 classes. There is no result concentration class in SMCC. Don't worry. That means if you got No 10 in any class, you will be around No 37 to 40 in 4 classes together.

請問Pr.3學生是不是只按教友編班？究竟有沒有精英班呢？

跟據我地的觀察和向老師的咨詢, 各級都無分精英班, 三年班會分教友班和非教友班, 非教友應是平均分散到各班, 讓小朋友認識新的同學。四年班是依名次分配入各班, 五年班都可能是這樣安排, 我曾經問過老師有無精英班, 答案是無。
