請問英國邊間大學讀 Mechanical engineering 比較好？

UCL同Newcastle的offer一樣係唔出奇。其實大部分大學的conditional offer都係minimum requirement.  一線同二線的大學用一樣的minimum requirement很common.  所以，大學會看其他資料例如personal statement,及GCSE成績，predicted score ,課外活動、獎項等等才出offer.尤其是沒有interview, personal statement 就係他們看到你仔囡的語言能力及興趣所在。不要少看personal statement呢。

每間要求不盡相同，有睇 core and electives, 有睇 electives 加 IELTS

佢喺hk 讀DSE, 5個offer 只有呢間計。佢都好意外。不過佢考完DSE 無信心攞5，無揀到。

其实讀大學唔同讀中學，因為要選科，所以要撰大學之如，也要撰degree program（最好睇下果三年會讀d乜courses），除左睇排明，也何看dept有多少academic staff, 當中有幾多係professor,有幾多什致有冠名，有幾多research staff, paper去边d期刊較多，如果係讀science 類，咁佢有d冇lab,d lab設备可做到乜水平的experiment, 例如，Elon musk話要張晶片植入人体以达致更进步的AI, 咁果間U果個dept有冇哩d lab同year 3時有冇哩d courses 讀...
总之，大學選校選科真係几花時間的

係要好花心機同時間，我仲有去 studentroom 睇下學生的 comment, 你可先在十月中申請 oxbridge, 再在一月中前申請其他4間
