I had a not very good communication with a staff at
HK pre-school (Royal Ascot) this morning. As I had been
away from HK for 2 weeks, I missed the download date and therefore rang up the office to ask for one. For some
reasons, they insisted not to give me no matter what
problem I had. They just said that they were not allowed
to send out application form anymore. I seemed to me
that the staff cares nothing about parents' situation.
"Sorry, nothing I can help" is the last words I heard from
them.

My son didn't have many choices as we don't know
Chinese. Yet, we couldn't afford the expensive ones in Kln Tong. I wonder if you can send me a form at your
convenience. Your help is much appreciated.
