can anybody tell me how to prepare the piano exam, my daughter is going to have piano exam next week, what thing had to be notice and the process how to present better

You can refer to this guide by ABRSM:

Although it says "It's fine to ask the examiner if you can warm up by playing a scale or a few bars of a piece" I won't ask my students to do this, as I know some examiner actually do not like students to do so!

thanks for both of yours suggestion,

I have already booked the exam room to practise, my daughter said the piano key is so 'tight', not nice to play, it is a traingle grand piano, Kawaii

anyway, she is going to have the exam at 2:00pm, u think she should go to school at the morning or just absent ...
and my daughter will wear school uniform as I think she look better , you think so,
any comment

My daughter will also take the piano exam next week, her exam will be at around 12:00 nn, she will go to school that morning as usual and leave early at around 10:30 am, then take a break and practise a little bit before the exam.

Our teacher asked us not to wear school uniform to attend the exam but I personally think that it's okay to wear the uniform.

I think my daughter may not have the time to practise on that day before exam.
I just hope she can pass, as I never think of her get merit, be honest, she really weak in playing piano, as I feel she don't have 'heart' to feel the music at all.

i always struggle about whether I should continue her learning on piano, as she seems did not enjoy, but whenever i ask her what else musical instrument she like, she always say 'none of them', Oh my god, I really don't know how to do.....

Good luck to her exam.
Sometimes children would enjoy playing the instruments after achieving somethings.
I also wanted to give up when I finished grade 5 exam.
Some of my students would enjoy playing piano suddenly. There would be a breaking point.

Personally I think it's better to wear school uniform, looks neat & tidy ^^
如果隻歌要踩pedal, 咁就要自己帶個工具去(唔知果舊"箱"叫咩)墊高個pedal, 仲要帶定幾本書去攝位tim!
個考試琴實d, 就要同老師夾下, 有d音要小心d彈(可能太細力會無晒聲之類), 仲有, grand piano個譜架好高, 小朋友未必睇得到譜, 要練熟d呀!

準備考琴試的確係幾悶的, 考完試, 整d新d好聽d歌仔佢玩下, 應該會比較有趣呢

Wearing school uniform to the exam is ok as long as it is not PE uniform nor sports shoes.

school uniform is a good choice in my mind. I always ask my students to wear them to the exam or even competition.
