There is no "through-train" (one dragon) kindergarten to primary for those government subsidized schools. EMB consider kindergarten as "not necessary" education so there is no direct subsidization for kindergarten. One requirements of "through-train" school is that all school sections should use same funding method.

Ying Wa primary section use Chinese as conduction language. Its secondary section use English as conduction language.
