I finally asked the headmistress to prepare the recommendation letters and I thought she will prepare a standard one for me to make copies and send to different DSS/ private schools.  To my surprise, she is so kind and generous to tailor-made letters to the headmaster/ headmistress according to my list (4 letters in total).  Hope it helps.  Afterall, I am glad I found the right kindergarten for my son.
