My friend(exit KV teacher) said they prefer (not must) the kid have a non-working mom and also live very near the sachool! And also they like big BB but which is b4 Oct!

Sorry to make you scared, just be relax because she just said 'PREFER'! Is prefer but thay still will consider the kid live far away or working mom! Be relax! OK! Sorry!

My bb is 'Small' bb.  Very low chance compared with u.

How small is ur bb?

yes ar... it should be "prefer"...
as my friend's kid was admitted last year who's also a working mom and they lived at Sheung Shui.  The only thing matched is the kid was born in April (big boy).

No worries, have sample to support that you still have chance.:)

Yes, it is really want I can get a accept letter.  My daughter performance wasn't good (only say goodbye, no reponse to other questions).  Did the interviewer ask you how much hours spend w/ the child everyday?  Mine one has asked me this question, so I think they prefer full time mom instead of working mom

The teacher has asked me if my son is living with me, and how many hours I spend with my son everyday.....so if my son is living with my mom during weekdays, the chance to be accepted will be very low then?

我個囡都係10月尾....
所以,我諗都係隨緣啦~~~~
最慘就係.... 除左讀緊果間村校留左位之外,我手上一個 offer都未有,所以心情係七上八落

I think no matter big / samll bb, if they perform well in the interview, still have chance for small bb, right?

It reminds me with what the teacher asked about how much time I can spend with my daughter on a daily basis.  I said to her that I am a nurse and only need to be on AM duty from Monday to Friday.  I officially off at three and almost home around 4 everyday to be with her....I didn't even think it is a critical question when I answered it.....oh....that's tricky

"Time spending with the kid" seems to be a standard question then.

But people always say that whether the kid sings song or not is critical.

Any comment/ sharing?

I heard more for the critical thing u must do is "sing a song" , " put the chair back", " the mom don't help anymore during the interview", but i really don't know which 1 is the most critical. For me, I think most of the KV parents are working class, so I think the time spending on kid is not crtitcal than others. AGREE?

Most critical is the teacher like your child, no matter your child performed good or bad.
