我就收左kent road PM班，我都想知兩邊有咩分別。唔知佢地會唔會好似sc咁，到K2就全部下午，K3就全部上午班呢！

My daughter is attending nursery (no play groups)but we didn't state that in the application.  I think it helps on interview.

My daughter interviewed on Nov 9 @ 3:15pm.  She was born in Aug 06.  Accepted to PM class.

I think even on waiting list should still have chance to be admitted later.  Some parents like us have applied to many kindergartens and even though we like Kentville, but accepted to PM so will need to re-consider.  Also, will prefer SPK or Heep Yunn if accept by either one (not interviewed yet).

Kent Road嘅校舍(近火車站)較細,只係有K1嘅學生,而Dorset Road相信大家interview都去過,大好多,有K1-K3嘅學生。所以,如K1喺Kent Road,升K2時都要過Dorset嗰邊。

K1有am及pm,K2只有pm,而K3係am,只有少量K3pm嘅學位。通常K3嘅pm位係d家長有需要,即可能有兩個小朋友,大嘅讀K3,細嘅讀K2,咁為咗就番細嗰個返pm,大嗰個都可以返埋pm,唔使家長兩頭走,湊完一個又要趕另一個。

The difference is Dorset only have K1 and K3 am class and K2 pm class. Kent just have K1 am and pm class.

我個仔都係waiting...ai....佢爸爸勁唔開心，因為覺得佢表現幾好，但都唔收，唔知以咩標準收人呢?

I am glad that my daughter got accepted into Kent Road PM class. Honestly, prefer AM class, but still happy due to the tight competition.

To response some's question, my daughter didn't attend nursury classes, but only attented 2 playgroup session so far. and she was born in LATE August, so guess she is still consider as "Big BB"

Cheer up everyone, a little suggestion. Try write a letter to the principle and see whether they will re-consider or push up your ranking on the waiting list.

chingchingb.ma thank you for your information, so is that mean if my son accept in pm class for k1, he will still be in pm class for k2, and he will go back to am class for k3, or he will also stay in pm class for k3 since he study pm class in k1. Thank you very much.

For the case of your son:

K1 - pm
K2 - pm
K3 - am, the school may allow him to do K3 pm if you have special concerns

Just received the acceptance letter from KV am class at the Kent road.  He was born in Feb 06. Very happy...

Waiting list also!!!My son is studying  in learning habitay now.So thats ok,a little be disappointed cos one of my friend work there told me that it was easy to accept that the kids talk during interview.Ah ya ya

I am so glad that my girl was accepted PM class in Kent Road.  She is so lucky to be accepted out of 4000 applicants.   She was interviewed on Nov 8 and she is attending nursery class.  But we still need to interview St. Rose and SPK, if accepted we will go to catholic school as we are catholic.  So, all waitlist mami don't give up.  I think there will be seats after Dec 13.
