If parents notice it, it is actually the minimum conduct (which is B) requirement opened to public for entering Ying Wa College.  
In my point of view, it should apply to YWPS' students as well.  I think parents' work is to educate our kids to strive for the best academic result as well as maintain a good conduct which is far more important for everybody (even adults, right?)

Kennexc, why don't you encourage your son to finish all his homework?  Then, you have no more worries... Work Hard
