As a student, I don't want the teacher is the first one to know the result because the teachers will give a lot of pressure to the students. Therefore, I will apply for the exam by myself. Then, I can know the result as soon as possible and have the time to settle myself.
Besides, it is very convenient to apply the exam now because the form can be downloaded and pay the fee by cheque.
