Personally I prefer St Paul.
1) With 6 branches & >600 students, there is a wider variation in quality of students at Victoria.
2) Parents at Victoria kindergartens have to forfeit the chance of applying to other primary schools if they want to secure a place at Victoria Primary School - no such restriction at St Paul.
3) St Paul Convent is a more prestigious school than Victoria Primary.
