Hi.
I personally prefer UK as I studied there. One of my sons is also studying there.
Depends what is your priority. If quality of education, of course UK! The English is more professional and the syllabus is smiliar to HK. So if u want your kid to move back to HK later on, that will be easier for your kid.
If your priority is Money, then Australia is better... But i have friends from Australia, they say ' WEI' when receiving the phone calls... As you can see, too many Chinese there... (this is just my opinion  )
