生眼瘡-要全身麻醉做小手術, 有無更好的方法?

I have a daughter who has eye sores in her right eye and then in her left eye about ten months ago.  I used the hot pad method and eye creams to make her eyes recover.  

I want to raise a question      
Is it OK if she continues to swim weekly because I am afraid that the bacterae in the swimming pool water may affect her eyes.  Any comment?
