If I have chosen the school in Round 1(in another school net) but did not chose it in Round 2 (because was accepted by another DSS), will there be still a chance of "knock door"?

Do we have to send "knock door letter" and profolio when submitting the form?

Does anyone know if MCS allow for any knock door too? It seems that they will not provide forms. Is that true?
