The approach adopted by international school is completely different from that of the traditional one.
International school (IS) put more focus on creativity and independence when training up the kids rather than on having hard-coded a lot of stuff for exam.
If you plan to let your kid study aboard in the future and you can afford the $, it is a good choice to let kid get used to the study mode in IS. However, you must be aware that it is very hard or even impossible for a kid of IS to go back to traditional school due to the difference in study mode and academic standard.
