I do want to train up my maid. I am struggling whether I should fire my maid. She totally fails in taking care my kid. She fails to take my kid from school to home. She fails to take him to school and classes. She even did not report to us when she lost our son. I am so frustrated. I get lost about whether I will meet a satisfactory maid.
My son also compliants a lot about the arrangment of having a maid to take care him. He cried and told me that he does not want a maid and he prefer to stay at school for longer time. This maid is the 1st maid at our home.
Thanks for all your replies. Sorry that I am not very active in BK and response so late. We’re still employing the maid as the agent asked us to give her a chance. She’s also improving although not to the standard that I need not to worry our kid when our kid is stay with her alone on street.
I’ll observe for some more time. If it really not works, I’ll change another maid. It seems that maid and local part time is more or less the same as it depends on the one you met.
