My son is also 4 now, I'm also searching maths course for him.  At the moment, I can't deicide which one is suitable for my son. Here are my findings to share:

珠心算 and Kwik Maths: both are teaching +, -, X, / by special method of mental arithmetic quickly.  But according to Kwik center consultant told, Kwik is faster to finish learning mental arithmetic than 珠心算, as 珠心算 need to spend some time on learning how to 珠算, then learn 心算.

奧林匹克數: seems for primary and above students.

公文數: keep doing papers to practise, but no special method to teach your child.

Enopi: keep doing papers, not only teaching +, -, X, / including shapes, logical thinking practices...  but not all centres are teaching in English, may assist with cantonese.
