You should have applied HK pre-school in Fo Tan (Royal Ascot) as it provides bilingual class (so they conduct interview in Eng & Mandarin) and prefers elder toddler. But HK Pre-school has cut off admission already. (should apply quarter 4 of 2008 if you'd like to join class of 2009 Sep)
Anyway, you may call it up and see if you can get a chance for interview or on waiting list. |
