在 HK 讀完 P4 後去 UK 讀是否可以升 G6？

You can 跳級 even if you go at secondary school stage.
English kids start school 1 year earlier than us (ie start P1 at age 5), so by age you should 跳級 when you go over (P/S this doesn't apply to kids in international schools as they too start school at age 5).
The problem is that their curriculum is not exactly the same as ours so it will be more difficult to 跳級 when you get to a higher grade.
But if the kid's standard is up to par, they'll be allowed.
I know a few kids who went straight to F3 after completing F1 in Hong Kong.
