I have no idea about SH's academic standard and I believe yours kid's standard is mainly depended on your contribution, not on the kindergarten.
I believe the general standards are sufficient for both KGs.
If your kids can rank in good position of SKH, you have good chance on those famous primary schools.
Besides SPCC, SKH also has high hit rate for DBS/DGS as well, maybe second after CCKG.
