I am sure it is less than 1/5 chance. There are total 90 places in HYPS, 45 for first round lot and 45 for second round. Part of the 45 places in the first round were given to those who have sisters in HYPS and HYS. The left ones were for those who have 25 marks (mother was old girl + religion) and 20 marks (mother was old girl OR religion). You can imagine the number of places available for 20 marks holders.
