係補習社識 SFA 家長, 佢都迫話係考第一, 考入去嘅, 不過少功課做, 攪到以前識好多字, 而家唔記得哂!

It's not true. Most of the teachers there are local Chinese (even if the English teachers ) ,though they have to use English as the medium of instruction.

But please also watch the one that La Salle Vs St. Joseph, which is a very high quality competition.

The final contestants were La Salle Vs DGS, and La Salle finally defeated DGS and won this competiton first time ever.

Is it true? Please let me know the details. So far I understand that GSIS would only join some kinds of debate competitions among IS in HK and GSIS's debate teams and members always achieved very good ...

My friends told me they are ABC or CBC and speak native English.  Let me clarify this later.
