My son will study K1 pm class on Sep09. Will you let your kid take any summer course (e.g. putonghua)  before K1?

My son will be in K1C, but was transferred from another Nursery. Seems that there are many students were studied KCS Nursery, have your kids studied Putonghua in KCS Nursery? I am afraid my son cannot catch up so fast likes yours......

I called his name in Putonghua last night, but he said 'you are wrong' and he told me his name in English........hehe......a lovely baby

You can try to call his Putonghua's name, then he can used to this.

Hi All Nursery-->K1 KCS mammies, I need your advisory.
My son will be K1C student in coming year.
I want to ask if Nursery of KCS is good or not? I'm thinking to apply 2010/11 Nursery of KCS for my daughter. We live in Tseung Kwan O, I'm not sure whether it's too far for a 2 yr-old girl.... please advise.

Hi Speedbox,

Same same same. My son is exactly same as yours. He said that he doesn't want to go to school too. Always watching cartoons & DVD. I told them he will go to another BIG BIG school with many schoolmates play with him, then he say 'Yes, I want to go to school'. I will bring him to go to school to collect his uniforms next week, hope he is familiar with the school envirnment soonest....

To: All Yr2008 KCS N1 mammies,

I applied Yr2010 N1 from KCS for my little daughter (born on 25Sep08), but received a call from the school that they will arrange interview for the kid who was born before 1Sep08 (i.e. 2 yrs old+ on 1Sep10) and won't give interview chance to my little daughter yet, may give chance if the candidates are not smart enough or the approved one who decided to quit next year even though my son is studying their K1 and I am willing to pay the school fee for Sep10

Do you have any experience that small babies can be accepted by KCS as N1 student last year? What did you do to get the chance?

Chens, thanks very much for your valuable information so that I know the school life of my son! Your daughter is very clever and journalize as Sorb described. She can tell you what’s happened and what she did in school every day. My son can only tell him he eats biscuit with milk or water every day.

Informed by the teacher of K1C, she said that they haven't posted their pics in Facebook yet. They have taken pics for the pics from time to time, but will post them only after receipt consent from all parents.......they need some times to do so and ask us to wait..........

Btw, the weather will drop to 12 degrees tomorrow, do you think the winter coat is enough? Will you let your kid wear another personal coat?
