Pls consider whether he can plan what he should do except the homework. If yes, he can have ability to do & arrange his duties. But he cant arrange the schedule that he have the problem. Some of the kids are passive for doing something. So, you can talk with him for setting the timetable after school. Otherwise, you should find the tutor centre for him.
Then, you are no need to argue with him after yr work so much.
