完全明白! 其實我都覺得要在國際幼稚園同傳統幼稚園選其一有困難, 一方面當然希望增加接觸英文既時間, 但又擔心is太free, 傳統的始終谷, 就為小學打好基礎, 見有媽咪話hkps家長都厭寫字不夠多上了小學追得吃力. 有時唔係擔心is課程唔函接, 而係一貫的學習態度和模式, 放慣左要收番緊係未容易? 同埋私小是否只著重英文? 朋友的囡囡選KV>St. Cat, 因為明白中文同樣重要, 而且自己教英文容易過中文呀! 總之, 都係要讀過先知如何, 希望大家都入到心儀既學校.

hi Pertra,
1.完成了n1課程可直升k1唔雖要再interview,但當中考了其他k1的小朋友會轉校,當年我女果班12-13人,其中有3-4人轉校k1.
2.n1大部份時間用廣東話,餘下時間英文.
   k1部份時間用廣柬話,隔日有15-20mins普通話堂,餘下時間英文.(功課聯線練習,下學期做簡單寫字)
   k2大部份時間用英文,餘下時間普通話.(有小量功課但不多)
3.我女是返全日國際班,k1是有廣東話教,我不知近年是否更改,因林肯道有新校舍,可能課程有唔同.
坦白講think課程唔深,語言學習好,功課不多,冇壓力,小朋友會開心學習,祝願來年小朋友讀得開心愉快.

其實 N1 用廣東話有另一個好處, 就係 K1 interview 其他學校會好 D. 聽朋友講, 有 D 學校 interview 時你可以揀英文定廣東話, 如果揀廣東話 in, 就一定要用廣東話答; 如小朋友堅持用英文答老師會當佢係唔識答~

THINK (LC) ... Free play in the playground, then Eng lesson in classroom (include: teaching simple vocabs thru activities; art work; singing n snack time). Depends on what you expect... some of my friends and I thought it;s good but some said it's just so-so. May be it also depends on individual teacher la ... my son's teacher is quite good. The teacher successfully caught my son's attention and made him pay attention and learnt in class . hahahaha

Totally agree :)  A school is "good" to me doesn't mean it;s "good"to others as we all have different needs and expectations. And may be your "selection criteria" will change after a year too.

Agree.  I think the difference among different campus is actually very minor, without absoljute good or bad.  Besides, the difference will totally disappear in K1 or K2.  All of them will only teach in Eng and PTH finally.  So, totally no worry on this issue if you are going to stay in THINK till K3.

Is your two selected primary school belonged to International or Local stream ?  

Both of the primary school is local stream, the reason I picked these two is because the curriculum from Think equip my child to study at these primary school, especially with english and putonghua.

Hi Petra,

Yes, my son was accepted by AM class KT and PM class MF.  I've registered KT and subsequently informed MF so that they can let the waiting list to take the place.

I heard from rumor that they are not actually "moving" campus, but expanding with keeping the existing one as well.  That means they can accept more students.  If so, that wouild be good as I think they will have higher economies of scale to offer a better and more spacious environment.

I haven't tried to find another, because I want my daughter to have nursery near to our home so that she doesn't need much travel. I plan to observe during her first year, and I think self experience is even more important than surrounding comments. If the experience at that time is not good, I can change in K1. That's what I think.

本人想分享小女在think的生活,小女在think讀3年由n1-k2(full day)老師細心,我女英文及普通話絕冇問題,今年成功轉到另1間international school讀grade1
