In reality, there are too many things that you don't have control over, just ignore him/her. After a while, he/she might lose interest in hassling your daughter. You daughter will just "encourage" them to keep hassling her if she react on what they say (as they think it's funny). Take it as a chance for your daughter to practise her social skill.
