So you probably will register your girl with SPCC first right?  Did you also get offer from st. stephen's?  We hope that some seats could be released.

I did not apply St Stephen. But I informed SFA and GH that I would like to release the seat to others already.

Frankly, I personally prefer to DGJS and so a bit over-react. Actually, I've got offer from SPCC already but still wish my kid can get offer from DGJS.

Just my personal preference. On the other hand, through this year's interview, I think DGJS take a more fair arrangement than SPCC. At least, DGJS did not classified the applicants and give them equal chance for the 1st interview. However, SPCC classified the applicants. Just personally I did not like this very much (I am not any related person and got 4XXX in my application no.) Of course, for others, I think both schools are almost the same.

Just curious, how many mums/dads here also got offer from SPCC ? If so, how would you choose ?

I did not get a offer from SPCC, but I will choose DGJS for my girl rather than SPCC.

Yes agreed, from the first in arrangment, it did appear that DGJS was fairer.  But from the info here on BK, it seems that quite alot of kids that are unrelated + non-affiliated religion finally got accepted by SPCC.  A couple of my friends who are related + their kids appear to be bright, they didn't have offer at all.  So I personally believe there're some specific qualities they're looking for.  While for DGJS first in, they selected girls purely base on the performance.

When it comes to DGJS's 2nd in, then there's no way to tell if the school would eventually classify students.

I agreed so far DGJS  n CKY have the fairer interview system for all  kids..
