How hard/happy are DGJS girls?

I want to know how hard/happy are the girls studying in DGJS.
How many dictation, test and homework?
Do the girls do their homeworks and revision by themselves or need to be urged?
Do they feel much pressure?
Do they feel happy or unhappy in the school?
Do they need private tutor?

some school ask the parents not to correct their kids homeworks so that the teachers would know how much the students really understood what they have taught. They even don't let the parents bring the exam papers home to prohibit the parents train the kids.
If the students must have private tutor or they need much help to finish their homeworks, it just means that the teacher have not done their job well, or the syllabus was too hard.
The duty of school is to teach the students but not just give them the syllabus and let the kids (and parents, tutor) do the rest!
