Try to tell 'schooling' stories to kids, let them get some idea about 'going to school'.
Try to leave kids at relatives OR friends' home for 30 mins and then longer, let them get used to stay outside home without parent.
Try to put on school uniform in late July to Aug, let them feel comfortable wearing uniform from time to time.
