Be fair. GHS should be better compared with other private schools rather than DSS or subsidized schools. Most probably, GHS is to be a substitue school because most of parents will attend the "lucky draw". If it is lucky, they will take the subsidized good schools. If it is not, they will take GHS as last resort. It is a realistic world.

In addition to the school fee, every schools will also charge the school bus and miscellaneous. It is no difference. If you decide to undergo the way of private school, it goes ahead.
Take for example, St Francis, Tak Nga, KTS, Alliance School, Our Lady of Holly,  etc. their school fees are all about $2500-$3000.

Firstly, GHS is renewed in facilities and campus.
Secondly, the pupils in GHS can be trained their independence.
Thirdly, almost 85% pupils in GHS (primary section) can be promoted to secondary section, except the poor conduct one.
Fourthly, the performance in sports and extra-curricular activities are very good.

Last but not the least, the principal objects the parents taking their kids to attend extra tutorial because she believes if the pupils studying in GHS can follow the teaching requirement and direction, it is already very good. It is not necessary to waste time and money in attending the additional tutorial.

If you can save the money on that, it is worth to pay more a bit.
