Choice (not offer due to small bb)

But Tutor Time offered my kid to attend 1-2歲班.

Any recommend? I lived in Tsing Yi.

Yes, my boy is also Nov BB.

Actually, i'm still on the waiting list in other KG.  If no choice, i will take Ming Wai.  Then we will start in December and in the same class.  Thanks!
