唔參加派位既學校 - it will be difficult for you to knock door to find a school which is comparable to what your son's one! Even DSS secondary schools, they might also discriminate other DSS primary schools!
I guess it is a must for your son to 操fit himself instead of you 操fit佢. If the method you adopted in the past 5 years did not work well, better dig out the under-root problem and fix it!
