1/. Don't reject the offer before you are confirmed by other school.

2/.  DSS are usually open for applying before 自行分配學位 in January. But "Knocking door" are usually needed when you are not accepted by any school that you have applied and you are not satisfactying the "Lucky Draw".

If you are really accepted by the DSS and you confirmed you will take that school. then, you are not allowed to join the Lucky Draw.

I think u only hv time to consider in the first phase 「自行分配學位」vs DSS, if you couldn't get either one of them, then you will be going to the Lucky Draw (result in June), if you are not satisfy to the result, then you have to go "Knock Door".
i suggest you better to interviewing some private school for back up.
