You may check with the sport teacher to join the school team if your son is good in swimming. By the way, the training schedule is every Wednesdays and Fridays. The coach seems to be very good otherwise they will not get so good results in the competition.

According to the headmaster during the annual meeting of parent-teacher association, there will be cut to 4 classes in the  year 2011.

Can anyone  make comments if it is good to the students. Thanks!

Hello, Nicholas mum, it is been long time not seeing you here.  As mentioned by the Principle, there will be at least a class of Band 2 students if they still take 5 classes. Therefore, the 校蓳會seems to adopt to cut 1 class.
By the way, I doubt there were more than 10% of band 2 students in SFXC last year because I heard that some band 1 students put SFXC in 2nd choice(2 years ago)  in 統一派位 could not get in. So, how the band 2 students can enter SFXC.

The Vice Principal has just confirmed to take 4 classes of F1 students in coming year. I think it is good for the school but it is a bad news for those band 1 primary 6 students in TST and Mongkok because in the same Wah Yin will cut certain amount of  F1 students  as well.

As quoted by my son during the morning assembly, he was told by the Vice Principal in public the school is going to cut one class to 4 classes. May be my son was misunderstanding whether the school  is confirmed or not.Anyway, I think the school is going to cut no matter the comments by the parents.

I believe the Vice Principle is talking that the school is seeking the opinion from parents. However, I do agree that no matter the result is what else, the school already have their own decision.

I also support to cut to 4 classses as well since it is good for the to manage only band 1 students.

Could anybody give comment how to prepare the exam on next week. Is it work to have more practises on the past papers?

Thank you for your comments. In fact, I found that the pass paper is very difficult and it is not easy for a F1 student to score high marks.

By the way, I just don't know how to help my son to prepare for the exam of Chinese 2A閱讀理解. Can you give comment?

Thank God the subject of math exam is finished!

By the way, my son said he could not finish all questions(miss 2 out of 12). He has already practised the passpaper repeatly but still could not score high marks(I image). Is  this exam paper is too difficult for a F.1 student?

According to my son's exam result  , most subjects can only be scored around 50-60marks. Could anyone tell me how to improve in the final exam.
