Which Forms can use calculators for Maths

Depends on the schools.  

Anyway, kids must use calculators when they start learning trigonometry (most of the schools teach this topic in Form 2).

My son's school start using calculator in F.1. So he use calculator for whatever calculation. Even as simple as 1/2 * 2 = ?

His school really allowed them to use earlier

Usually students buy calculators in the early F.1.
But remember to buy those with a red mark of
" HKEAA APPROVED".
Otherwise,you can't use it in the public exam.

The most common model is Casio fx50FH. Some school will organise group purchase in F.1 class.
